Transforming a former court house-turned office into three refined townhouse in Harrogate

Grace & Morris split the Old Court House in Raglan Chambers, Harrogate, into three individual townhouses, each with a unique character.

We used prior approval to divide this former commercial building into three residential properties. The busy town centre location required us to work carefully to minimise local disruption.

We handled all interior design, supporting the high-quality finish with elegant bathrooms, kitchens created for hosting, and flooring and paint schemes that enhance the original building’s graceful features.

Walk-in wardrobes, a cinema room, and dedicated office space are among the touches that make these homes desirable and easy to live in.

The careful design ensures off-street parking for two cars per property and coveted courtyard gardens – the most centrally located Harrogate homes with this distinction.
